Welcome to Fanfare. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fanfare website and AI marketing-campaign generator (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the Service.
Fanfare lets you write a short text brief describing what you're marketing and generate a coordinated, full-funnel marketing campaign — a campaign big idea, taglines and hooks, organic social posts, a visual moodboard of stock photos, ad scripts and ad copy, SEO meta and keywords, search ads, landing-page copy, an email sequence, retargeting copy and cold outreach. Fanfare writes copy and assets only: it does not run ads, send emails, post on your behalf, generate images of its own, or connect to any of your accounts. The only thing sent to the AI is the text brief you type — there are no file or image uploads. The campaign copy is produced by a third-party generative AI model (Google Gemini), and the moodboard surfaces real stock photos from Pexels. Output is sold via one-time credit packs — there is no subscription.
You can generate one full campaign free, with no account — it is fully readable. To make additional campaigns or otherwise spend credits, you create a local account with your name, email and a password. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Accounts and credit balances are stored in your browser; clearing your browser data may remove them. Provide accurate information and keep a record of any redemption codes.
You agree that you will not generate content that is deceptive, infringing, hateful, or that misrepresents others. You must not use Fanfare to:
You are solely responsible for the briefs you enter and the copy you publish, and for complying with each ad platform's and email provider's rules and with applicable advertising, consumer-protection and anti-spam laws. We may suspend access for violations of this section.
Your campaign copy is AI-generated and provided only as suggestions to give you a fast starting point. Generative AI can introduce inaccuracies or imperfect results, and output varies with the brief you enter. You must review, fact-check and edit everything before you publish it or spend any ad budget — confirming that every claim, statistic, offer and call to action is accurate, honest and not misleading. Fanfare does not guarantee any marketing results (such as clicks, leads, sales or performance). You are responsible for the accuracy and legal compliance of anything you publish, including compliance with advertising, consumer-protection and email/anti-spam laws (for example the CAN-SPAM Act, CASL and the GDPR) and with the rules of any platform where you publish.
You retain all rights to the briefs you write ("Input"). Fanfare claims no ownership of your brief. You grant Fanfare a limited, temporary license to process your Input solely to generate your campaign; we do not use your Input to train AI models and do not sell it. See our Privacy Policy. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment for the credits used, all paid packs grant you a commercial license to use the generated copy on your own channels, including commercial use. Moodboard photos suggested from Pexels are governed by the Pexels license. Your free campaign is fully usable.
Credits are sold in one-time packs priced in US dollars and processed by PayPal. Packs are Starter ($24.99 / 50 credits), Growth ($79.99 / 200 credits) and Agency ($149.99 / 420 credits). There is no subscription, no auto-renewal and no recurring billing. A full campaign costs 8 credits; regenerating a single module costs 2 credits; and the visual moodboard is free. The cost is shown before you generate. Credits have no cash value and never expire. Prices may change for future purchases but won't affect credits you've already bought.
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The Fanfare name, branding, website, templates and software are owned by Fanfare and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you rights to our branding beyond using the Service as intended.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any Output will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fanfare and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service or any Output. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Fanfare harmless from claims arising out of your Input, your Output, or your breach of these Terms — including any claim that a brief you entered or copy you generated and published misrepresents another person, brand or product, breaches advertising or anti-spam laws, or that you did not have the right to use it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
